Join us for a relaxed wellbeing sing. Singing releases endorphins, our 'happy hormone' and helps you to feel good. Whether you feel you can sing or not, if you enjoy it then do it!

We reminisce, drink tea and laugh lots in between singing along to well known songs. Katy Bradley will play and lead songs of your choice out of our vast selection. No music to read, just a booklet full of songs and lyrics for you to pick from.

Refreshments are always provided as well as a warm and welcoming smile. What a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon!
