I think the most exciting thing about Monday's rehearsal this week, was the sheer amount of new faces present! It's so lovely that new members are finding their way to us, and right now truly is the best time to join. This is because we aren't currently working towards a concert (we had our concert in April this year, and I fear Christmas is still a tad out of reach...), so the zero pressure, lot-a-laughs set up is the perfect way to ease yourself into a KTB choir.

Speaking of laughter, Corn was back out this week, a tune that really divides the choir into a war of love and hate. Dear reader, I fear this 'corn-fed, corn-bred American musical' is worming its way into my heart... Hearing the bass section moo never fails to tickle me...

Evening Star is also making its way onto my love it list as the intricate and sometimes slightly clashing harmonies are simply beautiful.

As usual, Kate and Katy took turns conducting but it seems young Tom has escaped the spotlight after his debut the other week, I don't think that'll be allowed to happen again!!

It was a fabulous week of meeting new people, singing some rather silly songs and embracing some moo-ing. Bring on next week!
