About Singing For Wellbeing

Singing For Wellbeing is a friendly, welcoming space to sing, reminisce and relax together. Sessions are full of warmth and laughter, with plenty of time to enjoy a cup of tea and good company in between songs.

Singing releases endorphins, our ‘happy hormone’ and helps you to feel good. Whether you feel you can sing or not, if you enjoy it then do it!

Led by Katy Bradley, the session is entirely shaped around the group. Katy will play and lead songs chosen by you from a large selection of well-known favourites. There’s no music to read — just an easy-to-use booklet filled with songs and lyrics to choose from.

Light refreshments are provided, and everyone is greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. With no joining fee or subscription, you’re free to drop in whenever it suits you, paying as you go. It’s a wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
